Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Session pricing excludes travel. Travel fees are charged additionally and are based on the location of the photoshoot.
Do I travel outside of South Africa?
I am available for sessions outside of South Africa, with all travel and accommodation expenses billed to the client.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes, absolutely. All photography packages can be customised to suit your needs. Whether you’d like to adjust the session details, add additional services, or work within a specific budget, I’m happy to tailor a package specially for you.
Simply let me know what you have in mind, and we can create the perfect fit together.
How long does it take for me to get my photos?
Photos are typically delivered within two weeks via a private online gallery. During peak season, turnaround times may be slightly longer, but I will always keep you updated throughout the process.
In many cases, your gallery may even be ready sooner than the 3–4 weeks timeframe.
Frequently Asked Questions & Cancellation Policy
What happens if I need to cancel or cannot attend my session?
A booking reserves a specific date and time exclusively for you. For this reason, booking fees and payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible so that we can discuss whether your session can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
What happens if I don't show up for my session?
A no-show is considered a cancellation without notice, and the full amount paid for the booking will be forfeited. No refund or replacement session will be provided.
This policy applies because the time, date, preparation and availability of the photographer and, where applicable, the location have been reserved specifically for your booking.
What happens if you are sick or unavailable?
While every effort is made to honour your booking, unforeseen circumstances such as illness or an emergency may occasionally require a session to be rescheduled.
In such circumstances, I will communicate with you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative date.
If I am unable to fulfil the booking and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, any payment made for the affected session will be refunded.
Booking & Cancellation ?
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that your chosen date and time have been reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation, non-attendance or a no-show may prevent another client from booking that time.
No-shows and cancellations without sufficient notice result in the booking fee/full payment being forfeited.
Genuine unforeseen circumstances and weather-related concerns will always be considered reasonably, with rescheduling offered where possible.
